It's a bright sunny beautiful day as I begin my next article to share with you. I spent a while sitting out on my front stoop in the sun soaking up the beautiful Vitamin D that the sun provides and simply enjoying the warmth of the sun and the day. A very nice way to begin my day.

As we continue to make our way through this pandemic and everything else that is going on it couldn't be clearer how important perspective is. Perspective makes or breaks our lives no matter what is going on. It's not just about what's going on around us. It's about what's going on within us. That's where our Power is. That's where our Love is. That's where our Wisdom is. How do we choose to use these Gifts? Do we even see them or feel them? If we don't see or feel them now is the time to wake up and begin!!!

As we begin this month and move toward Summer we are also moving toward a record setting month of days of rain in a row in my town. The green grass is sooooo beautiful and yet too much water damages soooo many things. That's the Power of Balance. Too much of anything does not serve us well. That's a Powerful reminder to pay attention to what we are thinking, feeling, saying and doing. Too little of anything does not serve us well either. I am constantly reminded of the desperate poverty in soooo much of the world where I have heard that 4.3 billion people live on $1.25 a day. The first time I read that I was almost thunderstruck. It was mindblowing to take that in!!! I contribute as much as I can to many organizations. I know it is soooo important to do that for soooo many reasons. It's mindboggling to realize how much difference even a small amount of money means to sooo many people because what we might consider small is huge to them!!! It's mindboggling to realize how many billions of people have no access to clean water and no access to electricity. It's also mindboggling to realize how many people in our very own country live in desperate poverty and experience sooo much violence of sooo many kinds. I recently read a story of how many millions of people in the world still live in caves. I was thunderstruck by that too. There's sooooo much to do to make this world a better place for all of us and it means soooo very much to me to be and do all that is mine to be and do to make this world a better place for everyone!!!!

I am reminded of a saying I love because it's soooo true: "What goes around comes around". A few days ago I was standing in line at the grocery store getting ready to pay my bill and the man standing behind me said, "I got it" and he paid my bill. I didn't even know him and I didn't even need it but I certainly thanked him and then saw his partner too and smiled and acknowledged her too and we had a moment to relish the Generosity. I've had sooo many experiences like that in my Life and it means sooo much to me to give and receive Generosity. That reminds me of another one of my favorite sayings: "Generosity makes the world go around" and it certainly does. Generosity makes our world sooo much bigger and sooo much better and sooo much easier.

As we prepare to go into this next half of 2021 I'm sure it will be quite a ride in soooo many ways. There's sooo much we need to learn in sooo many ways. It's mindboggling to me how much hostility is expressed and experienced in the world. It's also wonderfully mindboggling to experience how much Generosity is experienced and expressed in the world. We need more and more of that!!!!!

My favorite spiritual Gift is Faith. It's immeasurably important what we put our Faith in because it's an Expression of our Vision. What are we seeing? What is our view of our Self and others? Am I seeing and expressing Oneness or am I seeing and experiencing disconnectedness and fear? Seeing and experiencing disconnectedness and fear has a physical as well as spiritual and emotional impact on us and all who are around us. Disconnectedness and fear impact how we breathe and how we breathe impacts our Vitality and Strength or our lack of Vitality and Strength. In our highest Expression we are an integrated unit of body, mind, soul and Spirit. As I have said a zillion times we are Spirit in Expression and among other things that means we are inherently Worthy. We are here to be the blessings we are meant to be. When we understand and value that Truth our lives are filled with immeasurable Happiness and Faith and Strength and Vitality. When we don't value that Truth we are creating an immeasurable expression of lack of every kind and that is certainly a painful way to live and incredible violence comes out of that lack!!! We are the ones who get to choose how we live our lives!!!! We don't always grow up getting that message but truly growing up means getting that message!!! We are the only ones who can do that for ourselves!!! We can bless and release all that has hurt us and as we bless it and release it we can see how that has served us when we Understand that is not how we want to live and there is a higher Expression of who we are in each and every moment!!!!

As I go forward into this year I certainly don't know all that is going to happen but I do know that I AM infinitely committed to being and doing the best I can be and do. I know I have a lot to learn and I AM ready, willing and able to playfully and energetically fasten my seatbelts and enjoy the ride and open my heart and mind and body and soul to all that is mine to learn and share. Saying that reminds me of the Power and Necessity of Forgiveness. I have no idea what sooo many people have experienced and when I experience something that is unpleasant it is imperative to remember to breathe deeply so I can expand my heart and mind and take in the Experience with an expanded Vision of Generosity and Understanding knowing I will be immeasurably blessed every time I do that. It's quite a ride and I don't always do it but I AM still committed to expanding my Willingness to grow in Patience and Love and Understanding and Generosity. It certainly makes the ride much easier when I AM willing to do that J

So as we all go forward together into this last half of 2021 and we commit ourselves to expanding our Vision of ourselves and others we are opening the way for Peace to become more and more a shared experience in our world and what could possibly be a greater Gift than that? Peace is an Expression of all of the spiritual Gifts that we are!!! Peace is an Expression of Openness and Vitality and Trust. It means we are vitally connected to who and what we are and there is no greater Gift than that for us to be in the world. So I send many blessings to you as we all go forward in Peace and Faith and Confidence to be and do all the Gifts we are in the world!!! Take care!!!!!
